Energy Yoga

Many people associate yoga with gravity-defying poses that require near-impossible dexterity and superhuman strength. Although some studios and instructors pursue those ends, Mindful Wellness classes are designed to achieve mental and physical well-being. We combine gentle movements, breathwork, and meditation exercises based on the energy principle, appropriate for all skill levels.

Our approach to Yoga is a unique style derived from Oriental medicine-based practices. We modify traditional yoga techniques by incorporating elements of Tai Chi and Qigong, producing a mindfulness-based system we call Energy Yoga.
