The class begins with a brief introduction, especially for beginners.  You'll then participate in gentle warm-up exercises designed to loosen the joints, relax the muscles, and prepare your body for movement.

Tai Chi Forms Practice

The core of the class involves practicing Tai Chi forms, which are a series of slow, fluid movements that are performed in a sequence. The instructor will guide you through these movements, emphasizing proper breathing, posture, and relaxation.

Cool Down and Reflection

Gentle exercises to relax your muscles and calm your mind. Some classes may end with a short seated meditation to bring you into a state of calm and reflection before you leave.

1. Do I need experience for Tai Chi class?

No experience is required! We offer a free introductory session for beginners, so you can try Tai Chi before committing to regular classes.

2. How long is a typical Tai Chi Session?

Into session last about 45 minutes, and Regular sessions are of 60 minutes allowing time for warm-up, practice, and cool-down.

3. What should I wear for a Tai Chi class?

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows you to move freely. Flat, soft-soled shoes are recommended.

4. Can Tai Chi help with stress or anxiety?

Yes, Tai Chi is known for its calming effects and mindful movement can help relieve stress and anxiety. Also, Tai Chi improves balance, enhances flexibility, and promotes overall well-being

Start with a free intro session, then 30$ for a drop-in pass. You can buy 10 Passes for 280$.
