great place to start
My daughter and I enjoy going to Mindfulness Wellness Yoga Taichi. Ms. Nago and Jason are lovely and kind people. If you want to improve your wellness and feel better, this is a great place to start. You probably know or have heard of the benefits of Yoga. Tai Chi or “meditation in motion” is also refered by Harvard as “medication in motion” for its health benefits.
